COVID-19 Update
Chesapeake Retina Centers has been able to maintain care for our urgent and emergent patients during the pandemic. As the state restrictions have been lifted, we are able to see less urgent patients that may still be in danger of vision loss if not evaluated. We are still maintaining our Pre-COVID disinfecting routine between patients. In addition, we have taken more precautions such as mandatory masks for staff, and patients and closing our waiting rooms, so patients wait in cars until called in. This allows us to minimize almost all contact between patients. If you have questions or concerns regarding safety precautions, please contact us.

Chesapeake Retina Centers is a proud sponsor of the Washington Capitals and congratulate the Team and the entire organization on bringing the Cup home to where it belongs !
Chesapeake Retina Centers specialize in diagnosing and treating eye diseases of the macula, retina and vitreous such as
• Macular Degeneration
• Diabetic Retinopathy
• Flashes and Floaters
• Retinal Detachments.
We use the most advanced equipment and up-to-date knowledge to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. How we care for our patients is just as important to us as what we do. We listen to them. We are honest and straightforward, explaining their diagnosis, treatment, and what to expect in the future in plain language. We answer all their questions. We treat them with respect.
We understand that our patients often have multiple doctors. We regularly update primary eye doctors, family doctors and other healthcare providers on how our patients' eyes are doing and coordinate care with them.
We appreciate how precious eyesight is to our patients. We do our best to help them remain independent, to see every sunset and grandchild's smile. Let us help you see your best.
