Pay Bill
For your convenience you can pay your clinic bills online using PayPal. Our service allows you to pay your bill quickly and securely. No PayPal account is required. The entire transaction is handled with PayPal. NO information is stored on this website or as a hardcopy in the billing office. It will be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you, as it contains necessary account information. Payments will be processed immediately and credited to your account the next business day.
To make a payment

Enter the patient name and Patient account number found on your bill

Click the "Pay Now" button. You will be securely directed to PayPal.

Under "Your Order Summary" (left side of page) you will see "Chesapeake Retina Centers".

Enter the amount you wish to pay in the "Item Price" field.

Leave the quantity as "1".

Click the "Update" button. You will be shown the amount you wish to pay as "Item Total".

Payment Options:
Paying with your PayPal account

Click "Log In to my PayPal Account".

Enter your email address and your password, click "Log In".

On the "Review your information" page, please indicate the Person & Account # to apply this payment

Click the ADD button, then type in the name and account #, click SAVE.

If the information is correct and you have added the name & Account # to apply payment, click the "Pay Now" button.

Once your payment has been processed You will see a confirmation screen and link to print a receipt (if desired).

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Your payment is complete. Thank You.
Paying with a debit or Credit Card

Click "Pay with debit or credit card".

Enter your payment information and click "Review and Continue" at the bottom.

On the "Review your information" page, please indicate the Person & Account # to apply this payment

Click the ADD button, then type in the name and account #, click SAVE.

If the information is correct and you have added the name & Account # to apply payment, click the "Pay Now" button.

Once your payment has been processed You will see a confirmation screen and link to print a receipt (if desired).
