Referring Doctors
We thank you for trusting Chesapeake Retina Centers with your patient's Vitreo-retinal care. Our practice scope is limited to medical and surgical management of the posterior segment. We work in conjunction with you, their primary eye care provider. Once their posterior segment pathology is stabilized and further monitoring by our physicians is not required, we discharge the patient back to your full time care. We take great pride in our communication back to you regarding the treatment course of your patients. A letter should be sent out the day of your patient's appointment. The letter is sent to your office, by your preference (by mail, Fax, or E-mail).
Our physicians are committed to continuing education and will provide your patients the most current and effective treatments available.

We will see your patients as urgently as you require. After hours, the main lines go to a voice mailbox that delivers a message to our physician on call. Any e-mails sent to the above address or entered into the on-line request form also go to the physician on call after hours.
